- advising the founders of Unison Group, a leading pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturer and distributor, on a disposal of its entire equity interest in the group's companies to B.Grimm Healthcare
- advising Principal Healthcare, a subsidiary of PRINC, on its acquisition of the majority interest in Pewdee Clinic, a chain of renowned aesthetic clinics in Thailand
- advising Sanofi Group with respect to the internal restructuring and business transfer of its subsidiaries in Thailand to spin off its Consumer Healthcare Business as a standalone business unit under Opella Healthcare
- joint venture between PharmCare Group, an operator of a health tech platform called “PharmCare”, and Humanica
- advising Principal Capital, one of the leading players in Thailand’s healthcare industry, in connection with the 10% investment by RATCH Group under the General Mandate Scheme
- acquisition by SGS Capital of Gifted IVF Udonthani Clinic, a company engaging in the operation of In-Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) clinic in Thailand
- advising PharmCare Group on its commercial contracts with certain qualified pharmacies and other healthcare service providers as well as its partnered insurance companies in relation to its web-based platform called “PharmCare”
- advising on a joint venture between Principal Capital and its local partners in a company operating PRINC – Srisaket Hospital
- advising DKSH on its acquisition of the entire distribution operations of scientific and laboratory devices from a group of sellers who are leaders in the distribution of scientific and laboratory devices in Thailand
- advising on the disposal of an entire interest in Lavida Advanced Fertility and Genetic Centers, which provides premium assisted reproductive technology (ART) services, including in-vitro fertilization (IVF) and egg freezing
- disposal of an entire equity interest by Asvatanakul Family in Takeda Thailand, a subsidiary of Japanese’s largest pharmaceutical company, Takeda Pharmaceutical, by way of an entire business transfer and sale of shares
- acquisition by CITIC Capital and Humanwell Healthcare of Thailand’s sexual wellness business of Ansell and related financing
- acquisition by Principal Capital of a number of hospitals nationwide, including Paknampho Hospital, Sahavej Hospital, Pitsanuvej Hospital, Piyamin Hospital (currently, Princ Hospital Suvarnabhumi) and Virajsilp Hospital
