• IPO and listing by TDCX Inc., a provider of digital customer experience solutions, of American depositary shares representing Class A ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange


• Advising Bitkub, the operator of the largest digital asset exchange in Thailand, in (i) a series of its fund raising, and (ii) its proposed strategic partnership with SCB in Bitkub Online


• Advising Tencent in (i) its acquisition from Ookbee of 30% interest in WECOMICS, an online platform for user generated comics and cartoons, and (ii) its further investment in Series C fundraising by Ookbee


• Assisting Freshket on its Series A and Series B Fundraising of US$3,000,000 and US$23,500,000, respectively


• Deal counsel for the first and second rounds of fund raising by Deeple, a renowned and leading advanced AI Chatbot start-up in Thailand
